Job Summary
HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, including employee relations and HR administration. Will maintain employee records, assist with benefits and HR policies, manage intranet content, perform HRIS data entry for new hires and status changes, support benefits administration and wellness programs, and collaborate with VPHR and leadership on performance management processes (goal setting, evaluations, coaching) to align with company values. Based in the corporate office in Carlstadt, NJ, with responsibilities including government reporting (EEO, workers’ comp, PCORI and related compliance) and general administrative duties such as scanning and filing documents. Requires Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 4-6 years HR experience; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; professional demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or related field - required
