Job Summary
Develop and administer HR programs, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with strategic company goals. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting positions, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding for new hires. Maintain accurate information in the ELO Database and support employee relations by handling concerns, disciplinary actions, and investigations while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Assist in developing departmental goals and participate in organization-wide committees as directed. Prepare reports from HRIS databases for the LMS contract and respond to FMLA/STD and reasonable accommodation requests. Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance to management on employee issues and legal processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or related field
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- This position requires less than 10% of travel

- Sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
