Job Summary
HR Generalist at Canyon State Academy (Queen Creek, AZ) oversees all Human Resources functions for the site, reports to the HR Manager, and supports employee relations, training, employment compliance, and licensing requirements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field and two years of HR experience (or six years equivalent); Master’s degree, certification, and/or PHR preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field

- knowledge of Federal and State employment law, Human Resources policies and practices and governmental licensing requirements
- pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
