Job Summary
HR Generalist position at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, AZ, responsible for oversight of all Human Resources functions at the site and reporting to the HR Manager. Requires empathetic, patient interaction and treatment of others with respect. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field with two years of HR experience (or six years of equivalent experience); Master’s degree, certification and/or PHR preferred. Requires knowledge of Federal and State employment law, HR policies, and governmental licensing requirements, plus ability to pass background checks and health screenings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field
- two years of Human Resources experience; or six years of equivalent experience as a Human Resources Generalist may be substituted
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment law, Human Resources policies and practices and governmental licensing requirements
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
