HR Generalist

Job Summary
HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, safety, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR reporting. Acts to identify and implement talent solutions to drive organizational growth, leads evaluation of employee relations climate, administers policies/programs to ensure regulatory compliance, partners on recruitment through branding and targeted sourcing, supports safety programs, and drives employee-centric HR programs and culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or related work experience
- 3-7 years of HR experience
- Experience adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and laws, including but not limited ADA, EEO, ERISA, FMLA, OSHA regulations
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR functions and understanding of best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining best-in-class candidate and customer experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, ATS and other HR software
