Job Summary
HR Generalist role focusing on end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits management (HMO). Responsible for full-cycle hiring, building a robust candidate pipeline, coordinating onboarding, designing engagement programs, conducting pulse surveys, and managing HMO administration. RequiresBachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of HR experience, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven HR insights. Hybrid remote-work setup with a Manila office presence and potential virtual/onsite engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role with exposure to recruitment, engagement, and benefits management
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within remote work, BPO, or startup environments
- Experience managing HMO accounts and coordinating with providers
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
