Job Summary
HR Generalist/Recruiter role combines full-cycle recruiting with HR operations (payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HR technology management). Responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, labor-law compliance, HRIS/ATS maintenance, performance management, training, employee engagement, and HR reporting. Partners with hiring managers on staffing, workforce planning, and strategy; leads recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Requires a Bachelor’s in HR/related field, 3–5 years HR experience, strong knowledge of payroll/benefits systems, HR technology, and US work authorization. Temp-to-hire with transition to full-time after 90 days; location: Union, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field required
- 3–5 years HR experience

Desired Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- MBA or relevant HR advanced degree preferred
- 3–5 years of HR experience

- ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions
