HR Generalist Recruiter

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for patient services vacancies by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and processing background checks. Manage job requisitions, create job board postings, and coordinate onboarding documents including offer letters and IT requests. Process payroll authorizations in ADP Workforce Now, handle employee lifecycle transactions, and facilitate new employee training. Support internal transfers and workforce development pathways while maintaining accurate personnel files. Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to address recruitment and retention activities.
