Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment and HR operations including payroll, benefits, compliance; administer ATS/HRIS; support onboarding/offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement; develop and maintain HR policies; provide HR reporting and metrics; partner with managers on staffing needs, workforce planning, and hiring strategies; monitor labor-law compliance; strengthen employee experience and organizational performance; require bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years HR experience, and US work authorization; temp-to-hire arrangement with 90-day transition to full-time; strong communication and leadership skills; healthcare/technology-driven HR experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field required
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or technology-driven environments
- Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR technology
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and benefits administration software
- U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship not available
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities; ability to mentor and guide team members
