Job Summary
Maintain workforce compliance and operational excellence by ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies. Manage the employee lifecycle, including end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation. Optimize HR system operations through ADP platform management while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Prepare HR reports to support audits and analytics, and handle employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits. Update HR policies as needed and support performance management, employee relations, and engagement programs. Assist with M&A transitions, talent acquisition, and payroll coordination. This role supports Lincoln Waste Solutions' global vision for a waste-free world through sustainable, circular practices.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
- 3 years of work experience in HR
- Interpersonal and communication skills
