Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated experience in employee performance management
- Proven ability to handle employment disputes and separation processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel 15 – 20% to the farm locations as needed
- Valid work authorization
- Ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
