Job Summary
HR Generalist role in Owatonna, MN focusing on proactive HR support and driving HR initiatives. Primary point of contact for employees and leaders, delivering guidance on employee relations, coaching and development, onboarding, and other core HR activities. Responsibilities include identifying solutions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation; collaborating to implement HR strategies; assisting with employee training and developing initiatives; maintaining knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance; improving processes with a customer service mindset; providing back-up support to the HR Coordinator. Requires 3+ years HR experience; PHR/HRCI certification preferred; fluency in Spanish preferred; strong MS Office skills; ability to handle sensitive information. Salary range $65,000-$80,000; location includes Owatonna, MN, USA; on-site work arrangement.
