Job Summary
HR Generalist to support manufacturing operations on the production floor; lead full recruitment cycle for hourly and salaried roles, including onboarding; coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and culture; ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws; partner with EHS and plant leadership to promote safety; manage payroll, timekeeping, and attendance tracking; relocation assistance provided to qualified candidate; requires 3+ years HR generalist experience and a bachelor's degree; Workday experience a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across multiple shifts and spending time on the production floor
