Job Summary
HR Generalist to support manufacturing operations on the production floor. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, onboarding, employee relations, compliance with FMLA/ADA/EEO, payroll support and timekeeping, performance management, safety culture collaboration with EHS and plant leadership, and HR policy implementation across multiple shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance standards
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across multiple shifts and be present on the production floor
- Positive, approachable personality with the ability to lead with influence
