HR Generalist – Production & Operations (m/f/d)

Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for production and manufacturing teams at our Munich site, ensuring German labor law compliance, maintaining personnel records and HR systems, supporting performance management, probation evaluations, employee relations, time tracking, shift scheduling, and payroll preparation. Acts as a cultural ambassador, enabling clear communication between the production site and the Munich HR team, supports recruitment activities, and contributes to learning and development for production staff. Requires hands-on, proactive management of multiple HR processes with excellent German and English communication; experience in drone technology, manufacturing, or production technician environments is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years HR Generalist experience
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law and compliance frameworks
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in production or manufacturing environments a plus
- Ability to work across multiple locations and manage HR processes independently
