Job Summary
Conduct frontline recruitment through on-site job fairs and external hiring events to increase employee retention and satisfaction. Champion a positive, compliant workplace culture by bridging communication between leadership and frontline employees while ensuring adherence to labor laws and safety standards. Support organizational development by managing new hire orientation, assessing training needs, and reinforcing plant safety and well-being programs. Manage proactive workforce planning activities to drive consistent hiring outcomes. This onsite role in Salt Lake City requires 3+ years of manufacturing HR experience and bilingual Spanish/English ability. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven success as an HR Generalist in manufacturing or an industrial environment
