Job Summary
HR Generalist, Payroll & Total Rewards responsible for payroll administration for ACC and North Coast Therapy Associates (NCTA), benefits enrollment and eligibility, HRIS/workforce data management (Paylocity), and employee support. Key duties include bi-weekly payroll processing, data accuracy verification, open enrollment support, benefits questions and vendor coordination, HRIS maintenance and reporting, employment verifications, and continuous process improvements to payroll and benefits operations. Requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, customer service, and proficiency with MS Office; onsite role based in Westlake, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience working with confidential employee information and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience with benefits administration, HRIS administration, or Human Resources support functions
- Experience using Paylocity or a similar HRIS
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits, or workforce administration in a nonprofit, healthcare, education, or human services environment
- Familiarity with Ohio regulatory requirements including DODD, ODJFS, and ODE
