Job Summary
Conduct initial service assessments to determine client needs and maintain working knowledge of all PHRS components. Perform client visits to introduce products and services, promoting offerings to fulfill ongoing requests. Act as liaison with branch, region, and Corporate offices to facilitate resolution of client issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety. Gathers and maintains client service data in the PHRS database while informing clients about HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues. Recommends and coordinates training seminars for clients and their employees, delivering presentations that meet high quality standards. Assists clients with resolution of employee issues pertaining to leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and disability accommodations. Maintains knowledge of trends and changes in HR legislation to convey local, state, and federal laws to clients for compliance. Facilitates Annual Enrollment meetings for ASO and PEO clients, advising on Section 125, healthcare, and retirement plans with assistance from other areas. Partners with Sales and Operations to ensure client satisfaction. Requires 4 years of experience, PHR certification, and 50-65% local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Local travel 50-65% of time
- Successful completion of PHRS training program
- Valid driver's license
