Job Summary
Conduct initial Service Assessments to determine client needs, then perform client visits to introduce new products, services, and technologies. Follow through on requests from clients, corporate, and the Area Manager while acting as a liaison with branch, region, and Corporate offices to resolve issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety. Gathers and maintains client service data in the PHRS database, recommends and coordinates training seminars, and delivers presentations meeting high quality standards. Informs clients about HR policies, procedures, and legislation to maintain compliance, advises on Section 125, healthcare, and retirement plans, and assists with resolution of employee issues pertaining to leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and disability accommodations. Facilitates Annual Enrollment meetings for ASO and PEO clients while partnering with Sales and Operations to ensure client satisfaction. Requires a minimum of 4 years of experience, local travel of 50-65%, and a valid driver's license.
