Job Summary
Part-time HR Generalist supporting recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, training, compensation, safety, and compliance. Collaborates with the HR Director on selecting prescreening applicants and administering HR programs; assists with onboarding, payroll preparation, time punches, and bi-weekly payroll; supports employee engagement initiatives and prepares internal communications. Maintains knowledge of employment laws and best practices, ensures policy updates are communicated to upper management, and assists with data entry and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes organization, people-focused collaboration, and providing resources to help our organization deliver excellent care to patients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Must pass a background check
- One year (preferred) experience in HR or related roles
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory guidelines
- Ability to handle onboarding and employee life cycle activities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to support payroll-related tasks and timekeeping
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Experience with HR programs or systems
