Process payroll, administer benefits, and maintain employee records in Paylocity while ensuring consistent process adherence. Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, handling routine benefits inquiries, complex workers' comp claims, and conflict resolution. Manage the essential day-to-day operations of HR to keep the employee lifecycle running, supported by a 401K matching plan and full health benefits.
