Job Summary
Temporary HR Generalist and Office Manager responsible for the daily HR operations and on-site office management at the Bloomington, MN location, with an option to work remotely on Fridays. The role supports employees across the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS/LMS management, and employee inquiries. Responsibilities include managing job postings, interview scheduling, background checks, onboarding design improvements, payroll inputs, leave programs, OSHA/office safety compliance, vendor relationships, office logistics, events, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance. Requires experience in HR operations and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred). The position runs through the end of the year and is on-site Monday-Thursday with Friday remote option.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar HR operations role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
