Job Summary
HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations across the business in Tipton, UK. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, handling employee relations cases (grievances, disciplinaries, tribunals), coordinating onboarding and offboarding, overseeing recruitment activities from job posting through offer stage, and maintaining HR records with policy and compliance adherence. Requires strong HR administration experience, ability to handle confidential information, and familiarity with UK employment law; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Sage HR; minimum 3+ years of HR Generalist experience; eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience handling employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries
- Strong experience with HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using Sage HR or an equivalent HR platform
- Familiarity with UK employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
