Job Summary
Administer benefits programs, manage the full employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding, and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, and knowledge of employment regulations like FMLA and OSHA. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA)
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with union relations or collective bargaining agreements
