Job Summary

Manage a broad range of HR activities supporting MRO Holdings across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, investigations, engagement, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits, immigration, and communications. Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers on policy interpretation and people-related issues while administering processes such as background checks, employment verification, and employee records. Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and global initiatives in compensation, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. Develop workforce analytics dashboards, conduct exit interviews, and provide project management support for strategic initiatives led by the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Required Qualifications

  • At least three years of human resource experience
  • Experience managing confidential employee relations issues, performance management, and investigations
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, including exchanging information verbally and in writing
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files, attend meetings, or interact with others

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in English (Spanish a plus)
  • PHR certification
  • SHRM certification
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems (UKG and SAP)
  • Advanced level skill with Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work as a team player and provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
