Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for supporting performance management, employee relations, onboarding, HRIS data management, and compliance. Partners with HRBP and Legal on severance, assists in talent acquisition, leads onboarding and training initiatives, analyzes HR metrics (time to hire, turnover), maintains personnel records, implements HR policies, and drives improvements across HR processes. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, and knowledge of employment laws; proficient in HRIS (Workday) and Microsoft Office; university degree in HR or related field preferred; SHRM/PHR certification desirable.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
