Job Summary
Local HR Generalist serves as the hands-on HR presence supporting multiple Regional HR Managers, focusing on employee relations, time and attendance administration, onboarding logistics, local engagement, and day-to-day HR execution. The role operates from a regional office to maximize face-to-face interaction, ensuring compliant, people-centered HR support, with duties including intake and coaching on employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding coordination, background checks, orientation support, disciplinary and offboarding processes, benefits and leave program guidance, records maintenance in HRIS, policy consistency, and partnership with Regional HR Managers to implement employment laws. Requires in-office presence in Las Vegas, Nevada, with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in a multi-location or high-volume environment preferred
