Job Summary
HR Generalist for retail and warehouse operations in Hamilton, MO. Frontline HR partner for hourly employees, handling employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, compliance, and workforce administration. Coaches managers to improve performance, engagement, and morale; collaborates with Talent Partner to support learning, development, succession, and HR initiatives; partners with retail stores and distribution center to execute HR agenda. Must bring practical, people-first approach, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Google Suite, Slack/Zoom, HRIS, ATS, and benefits portals. Role is primarily on-site in Hamilton with flexible work-from-home options to support productivity.
