Job Summary
HR Generalist supporting MiniMed’s diabetes business teams as a key HR Business Partner. Lead HR activities with people leaders, collaborate with Centers of Excellence, partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers, drive organizational development and change management, advise on compensation planning, champion an end-to-end employee experience, coach managers on lifecycle matters, support performance cycles, and utilize HR data analytics to improve organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of progressive HR experience
- Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact-based decision making
- Proven positive track record of working with business leaders
- Strong coaching, consulting and influencing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday)
