Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for strategic consulting with leadership on HR-related topics, managing and implementing HR processes such as Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management, and serving as a sparring partner for change and transformation projects. The role includes analyzing HR metrics to derive actionable insights and ensure effective use of HR tools and processes. Candidates should have a degree in HR or a comparable field, several years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, a hands-on mentality, and interest in modern HR trends, including AI-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in HR/Human Resources or comparable training
- Several years of experience in operational and strategic HR work in a dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or similar HR platforms
- Strong social skills, empathy, and communication effectiveness
- Consulting strength and service orientation
- Flexibility and perseverance handling HR topics
- Interest in modern HR trends including AI-based solutions
