Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for the full Employee Life Cycle, coordination of payroll with external partner, and advisory support on labor-law and HR topics. Collaborates with leadership and employees on HR-relevant questions, ensures efficient HR processes and standards, partners with the works council, participates in HR projects (process optimization, digitization), analyzes HR metrics with a focus on compensation & benefits, and contributes to a respectful, results-oriented work environment. Requires 3+ years in generalist HR, Austrian labor law knowledge, payroll experience, strong German and English, and an HR-related education or degree. Location Vienna with flexible home-office options; annual gross salary €46,000 on a 38h/week basis, with potential overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im generalistischen HR-Bereich (idealerweise 3+ Jahre)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Payroll (intern oder extern)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- HR-relevante Ausbildung oder Studium (z.B. HR, Wirtschaftsrecht)
- Erfahrung in einem Industrie- oder Produktionsumfeld
