HR Generalist

Job Summary
HR Generalist will support world-class onboarding and employee experiences, maintain HR records and databases, provide first-point-of-contact HR support, handle I-9 verification, onboarding, policy inquiries, benefits documentation, and HR program administration, while driving process improvements and ensuring consistent HR services across the organization. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field and 0-3 years of HR experience; strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; focus on data accuracy, organizational skills, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or related field desired
- 0-3 years’ experience in Human Resources as a coordinator or as an Administrative Support, or Masters Degree in HR or other applicable field
- Excellent Excel skills and proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
