Job Summary
HR Generalist providing comprehensive recruitment, onboarding (including E-Verity/background checks), employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations support. Focused on government contracting requirements with OFCCP/EEO compliance, audit readiness, and support for the recruiting team with candidate screening and communications. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel data, drafting job descriptions and letters, interpreting company policies, aiding audits, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Requires strong MS Office and HRIS/ATS proficiency, excellent communication and confidentiality, and 3-5 years of HR experience; bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Must be a U.S. citizen; HR or Recruiting certification preferred.
