HR Generalist

Support day-to-day human resources programs including onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and performance reviews. Serve as the primary contact for employee and applicant HR inquiries while assisting with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes. Conduct employee relations activities such as exit interviews and issue resolution, and coordinate engagement initiatives to foster workplace culture. Build relationships with local colleges and universities to strengthen recruitment efforts and represent the organization at job fairs. This role offers a hybrid work schedule upon training completion for a nonprofit healthcare provider serving serious illness and hospice care needs in northwest Illinois.
