Job Summary
Seeking a proactive HR Generalist with 3-5 years experience to manage HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or benefits/leave-focused role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of multi-state leave laws and leave administration processes
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred)
