HR Generalist

Coordinate recruiting, advertising, and hiring processes; facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities. Maintain relationships with temporary staffing agencies and assist with workforce needs. Partner with branch management to promote consistent application of company policies and support the administration of the branch Affirmative Action plan. Assist with employee benefit programs, FMLA, Disability processes, and Workers' Compensation coordination alongside the Safety Manager. Provide guidance and support regarding employee relations matters, internal communications, separation paperwork, exit interviews, and turnover trends. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws and reporting requirements. Support training initiatives, performance management processes, and development programs. Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and communications.
