Job Summary

HR Generalist providing full lifecycle HR support including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance in a regulated environment. You’ll manage the candidate experience and coordinate onboarding, respond to day-to-day HR inquiries related to payroll, benefits, HRIS, and timekeeping, support investigations and disciplinary actions, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives and stays. The role involves coordinating leaves of absence, background checks (including E-Verify), and ensuring compliance. Strong relationship-building across the organization and effective communication are essential to fostering a positive employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required
  • Bachelor’s preferred in HR, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas
  • Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO)
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (UKG Ready preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
  • HR certification (SHRM or PHR) strongly preferred
