Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for daily HR operations including payroll coordination, benefits administration, onboarding, performance reviews, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Manages employee data, hiring processes, training programs, policy administration, and confidential employee records while coordinating benefits, 401(k), and labor-relations tasks; requires strong communication, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field
- At least one year of experience in labor relations and compliance
- At least one year of experience managing compensation and benefits programs
- 2+ years implementing tactics to improve performance management
