Job Summary
HR Generalist with a Payroll & Benefits focus based onsite in Littleton, CO. Responsible for managing weekly payroll for 800+ employees, administering benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, FSA, life, retirement), and supporting workers’ compensation and unemployment claims. Key duties include payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality, compliance with wage/hour laws, benefits enrollments and inquiries, open enrollment support, vendor coordination, and maintaining HR records across multiple locations. Requires strong payroll compliance knowledge, multi-state HR experience, and ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, standard business hours; onsite role in Littleton, CO with a robust benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years HR experience
- High-volume payroll processing - preferred
- Benefits administration
- Workers’ compensation and unemployment claims - desired
- Colorado and/or Nevada HR experience highly desired
- Experience in multi-state HR environments strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and employment laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
