Job Summary
HR Generalist for Cura-Hospitality/Elior North America (remote-capable) to partner with leaders on employee relations, provide strategic HR counsel, drive HR initiatives, and champion HR programs. Key duties include coaching and resolving employee relation issues, identifying root causes, training opportunities for leadership and field staff, collaborating with operators to optimize processes, and managing assigned HR projects while fostering a transparent, people-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources
- Healthcare and union experience
- Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- HR Certification such as SPHR, PHR (nice-to-have)
- Experience supporting Healthcare or Food Service/Contract Services environments
