Job Summary
Coordinate meetings, maintain employee databases, and support payroll processing while managing end-to-end HR projects. Conduct talent acquisition, organize training initiatives, and resolve issues regarding leaves and compensation. Assist in developing HR policies, analyze metrics like time to hire and turnover, and maintain employee records in electronic and paper formats. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and promote programs to enhance job satisfaction through conflict resolution and team building activities. This remote role requires a broad knowledge of human resources and general administrative responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
Desired Qualifications
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- additional HR training will be a plus
