Job Summary

Coordinate new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and record setup, while managing offboarding activities and exit interviews. Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns, supporting managers with performance, attendance, and conduct matters. Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, process status changes, and conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity. Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Track employment documentation, support recruiting activities, and collaborate on HR projects to promote a positive employee experience. This role partners with leadership to ensure effective delivery of HR services across clinical, healthcare policy, and compliance functions.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Professional Human Resources certification required (HRCI or SHRM), such as aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent
  • Experience supporting a government contract environment
  • Experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS administration, and/or compliance functions
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred but not required
