Job Summary
Support the full employee lifecycle by managing onboarding from pre-boarding to first-week integration, handling contracts and documentation, and tracking performance review deadlines. Contribute to internal HR projects by designing employee surveys, analyzing engagement results, and generating reports on headcount and turnover metrics. Leverage AI and automation to optimize HR processes and operational excellence within the Modern Investment Office. Join an international team from over 10 nationalities in Milan for a six-month paid internship starting September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Can join from September 2026 for a 6-month internship
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for People and especially for HR processes
- University degree - master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar will be considered a plus
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Driven, active listener, humble and hard-working both independently and in team
