Job Summary
Respond to team members and managers regarding health benefits, W-2 requests, Paylocity access, tax changes, and FAMLI inquiries. Support restaurant leaders with people-related questions covering policy, onboarding, HRIS functionality, training certifications, and workers compensation. Administer medical, dental, vision, HSA, and 401(k) enrollments, review eligibility, and guide members through annual open enrollment. Maintain Paylocity job descriptions and manage AMAZE file processing while documenting best practices for HR and benefits processes. Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees across the organization. Prepare Colorado separation forms, coordinate FAMLI leave requests, and support injured team members through the workers compensation program. Be present in restaurants and the home office to build relationships and get to know the people you support.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR, payroll, and benefits experience
- Experience with Paylocity or a similar web-based HRIS system
- Basic knowledge of Colorado labor law, including FAMLI and related leave programs
- Ability to handle confidential information, operate with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce
- Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable processing large volumes of employee data, including some manual processes
- Systems and processes focused; always finding ways to utilize technology and improve process
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent customer service skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines consistently
