Job Summary
Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational change initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. Support process improvement efforts and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the organization. Partner with managers and HR Centers of Excellence to foster a high-performing culture and develop talent through engagement programs aligned with company values. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of HR Generalist experience, and proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday or SuccessFactors. Fluency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree desired with 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Professional HR certifications desirable
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-directed with focus on results
- Fluency in English required
