Job Summary
Manage a two-person HR team by handling complex employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, leave administration, and employment law compliance. Work independently to solve problems for employees, supervisors, and department leaders while juggling competing priorities and maintaining confidentiality. Support the organization with everyday administrative tasks and ensure strict adherence to public sector HR standards and compliance requirements. Requires at least three years of progressive professional HR experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and current SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification.
