Job Summary

HR Generalist supports payroll, benefits administration, performance management, training and development initiatives, employee relations and compliance across the HR function. Leads full-cycle talent acquisition campaigns, onboarding, and employee transitions, administers payroll and leave programs, and ensures HRIS data integrity and regulatory compliance. Provides guidance on policies, facilitates employee development, and conducts workplace investigations while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a collaborative, service-oriented culture. Requires strong ethics, communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Location-based duties center in Meridian, Idaho with on-site responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or expected) in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in HR operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Ability to lead full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Proactive in continuous learning and development
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
