Job Summary
Entry-level HR Generalist I and LMS administrator role supporting recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee relations, training, and HRIS/LMS maintenance. Uses Workday to provide HR data (turnover, audits, scorecards), assists with payroll data entry, benefits administration (including 401K, COBRA, FMLA), maintains job descriptions and JVMs, assists with policy/procedure drafting, and supports HR projects. Occasional travel to training and team meetings; may require work in an office. Education/experience: Associates degree or equivalent experience; 0-3 years HR/payroll experience; proficiency with Word/Excel; strong confidentiality and communication skills.
