Job Summary
Entry-level HR Generalist I with LMS Admin responsibilities supporting recruiting, benefits, payroll, and HRIS/LMS systems (Workday and LMS maintenance). Primary duties include servicing employee HR questions, maintaining confidential records, generating HR data and reports, assisting with payroll data entry, coordinating benefits and COBRA, supporting FMLA processes, maintaining job descriptions and JVM data, assisting with recruitment activities (phone interviews, scheduling, offers), and contributing to HR policy development and projects. Occasional travel for training and team meetings, and potential work in a Midland office to support internal and external customers. The role requires confidentiality, data accuracy, and collaboration across HR functions.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 0-3 years of human resources/payroll experience
- Experience with HRIS systems a plus
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
