HR Generalist

Job Summary
HR Generalist will administer and support all employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits) and manage 401(k) processes and employee education. Responsibilities include administering FMLA and other leave programs, coordinating open enrollment and enrollment tracking, supporting payroll-related benefit deductions and reporting, ensuring compliance with ERISA/ACA/FMLA/COBRA, maintaining records and preparing benefit/headcount reports, and delivering benefits-focused communications and onboarding to new hires. Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and strong knowledge of benefits programs and HR compliance are required, with emphasis on benefits education and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus in benefits administration and leave management
- Working knowledge of FMLA, benefits programs, and HR compliance regulations
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity preferred)
